Terms & Conditions

• Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Bookings without payment will be treated as tentative and subject to availability.
• The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including personal details and travel preferences.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw tour membership of any client whose behavior disrupts the smooth operation of the tour or negatively impacts the enjoyment or safety of other travelers. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
• It is a mandatory condition of booking that the client takes out holiday insurance. Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended and must be procured at the client’s own cost.
• The Customer is responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms, conditions, and coverage of the selected travel insurance.
• The Agency is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including flight delays, cancellations, changes, strikes, natural calamities, or disruptions to travel services.
• The Customer acknowledges that travel involves certain inherent risks. The Agency shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, or death, nor for any damage to property occurring during travel.
• The Agency will collect, store, and process customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.
• The Customer agrees that personal information may be shared with relevant service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.) solely for the purpose of facilitating bookings and travel arrangements.
• By confirming a booking, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and accepts that non-compliance may result in cancellation without refund.

Refund Policy

• Refund policies vary depending on the type of booking and package terms. All refunds are processed as per the cancellation policies applicable at the time of booking.
• Refunds may be subject to deductions, including service fees, administrative charges, and applicable taxes.
• Magan Holidays acts as an intermediary. Refunds will only be initiated after the agency receives the refunded amount from the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
• Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the provider but generally takes 7–21 business days.
• Certain bookings, including promotional offers, discounted fares, or last-minute deals, may be strictly non-refundable.
• In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), refund policies will follow service provider guidelines, and the agency cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
