Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and transparency while balancing necessary operational costs:

• All requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be received in writing (email) at our office.
• Cancellations made 45 to 30 days prior to check-in: 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 29 to 16 days prior to check-in: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to check-in: No refund applicable.

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.). Service fees and administrative charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
